Data Retention:

Contact & Account Data: we will only retain such data as long as necessary for the purpose it collected, as laid out in this policy, including any legal retention period, or as long as needed to carry out a legitimate and reasonable promotion of services products.

Customer Database: as necessary, we will only retain this data to provide the services you subscribed to SLSERP. For databases hosted on the SLSERP Cloud, if you cancel the service, your database is kept deactivated for three weeks (the grace period during which you can change your mind) and then destroyed. Your database is retained for up to 4 months after the last successful upgrade for databases uploaded to the SLSERP Database Upgrade website and may delete earlier upon request.

Free Trial Session Recording: The recordings are deleted automatically after two months and may delete earlier once they have been processed, considered irrelevant, or request.

Safety Retention Period: a part of our Security Policy, we always try to preserve your data from accidental or malicious deletion. After we delete any of your information (Account & Contact Data) from our database upon your request, your database does not immediately delete information from backup systems, which inalterable and secured. The data could remain stored for up to 12 months in those backups until they destroyed automatically. We do not use those backup copies of your deleted data for any purpose except for maintaining our backups' integrity unless you or the law require us to do so.

Backup Locations: backups replicated on multiple Secure and safe Locations.

SLSERP Database Upgrade Locations: Customer databases are upgraded either on their current hosting locations (see above) or in our data center. 

( For customers concerned for EU data protection regulations, countries with a sign in the above lists are in the EU or currently subject to an adequacy decision from EU authorities.)

Free Trial Session Recording: The recording data processed by SLSERP (see our Service Providers) Microsoft and Google Cloud data centers located in the United States. As a reminder, this data only recorded if you opt-in and only kept for a short time.
