Do I need a special label printer?

Barcode labels print on an ordinary thermal label printer, and you can start on receipt paper and upgrade later.

Does it serve several branches and drop off points?

Yes: intake at one branch and delivery at another is supported, and movement between branches is recorded.

Is the laundry part of the same accounting?

Yes: every invoice, collection and expense posts automatically, so the balance sheet and profit are ready without a second entry.
